Information about Arrival and Dismissal Procedures Please our Facebook page for a Google Earth image to reference. Doors will open at 7:15 for student breakfast. The tardy bell will ring at 7:45. Town riders and pickups will be dismissed at 2:10 (with the exception of Bus 46). Other routes will be dismissed at approximately 2:30. Car Rider Procedures for Drop-Off and Pick-Up Car riders will be dropped off and picked up on the left side by the big playground, just like last year. For both drop-off and dismissal, safety is our top priority. Please follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth and safe process: Drop-Off: Pull all the way up as far as possible. A staff member will assist your child in exiting the car. To help with this, please make sure your student is ready to exit the car quickly. Dismissal: The lineup will begin at 1:30 pm to maintain access to the main building until dismissal. Make sure your pickup number is placed on the right side of your car and clearly visible before 2:10 pm. This helps us quickly identify your vehicle and assist your child in exiting safely. Safety Reminders: Please stay in line during both drop-off and pick-up. This is crucial for the safety of our students and staff. Staff members will be on duty to assist with the process, and we appreciate your cooperation in keeping everyone safe. The gravel access road is for buses only. Buses will use this road for arrival and departure. Avoiding this road helps make sure that students arrive and leave school on time while also keeping our drivers and students safe. For safety reasons, walkers will be the last students dismissed at approximately 2:35.

🚌2024-2025 Bus Information🚌 ACOVSD returns to Single Routing - Due to the time frame and number of Buses the town routes have been adjusted to accommodate single routing - Peebles Elementary School Town Stops are as follows: 1️⃣Firehouse - 7:20 AM Pick Up - 2:15 PM Drop Off 2️⃣Old Community Building (by the splash pad) - 7:20 AM Pick Up - 2:15 PM Drop Off - If you got on the bus at the Nixon Apartments or McFarland Babysitter stop - you need to go here... 3️⃣Football Field - 7:00 AM Pick Up - 2:35 PM Drop Off ‼️These will be the ONLY town stops available. Students in 4th grade and under MUST have an adult present at pick up and drop off! Our drivers will be available to answer questions and get to know parents and students at Back to School Night on August 13 from 4-7pm.

23-24 Yearbooks will be for sale at Back to School Night on August 13 from 4-7pm. If you pre-ordered a yearbook, Ms. Rader will need the name of the person who ordered it to distribute. There will be extra, new yearbooks for sale for $19. Older yearbooks will also be for sale at a lower price ($10 or $5). Only correct change or a cash is accepted.

The Adams County Food for All mobile pantry is from 11am-1pm on Tuesday, June 25, July 23, and August 27 at the Adams County Fairgrounds. All families in need from the county are welcome to attend. ATTENTION incoming Kindergarten students & families! Be on the lookout for your child's Kindergarten Welcome Letter! In that letter, you will find your child's teacher, school supply list, teacher's class Bloomz code, information on kindergarten screening, and kindergarten staggered start dates!
The Kindergarten Readiness Assessment screener (KRA) dates are August 15 & August 16. To schedule your child's KRA, use the QR code on your child's welcome letter. This will take you to a live booking page to find the time(s) that work best for you. Go to the month of August to see the two screening dates. You will only need to schedule 1 appointment for your child.
If you schedule your child's screener before August 1, your child will receive a custom Peebles Elementary Kindergarten Backpack Tag!

Beginning in summer 2024, Ohio has the opportunity to participate in a new federal permanent program called the Summer Electronic Benefits Transfer (Summer EBT), also known as SUN Bucks, that provides cash grocery benefits to households with children who qualify for free or reduced-price meals.

Peebles Elementary would like to recognize and honor the sacrifice of those who gave their lives while serving. In observation of this day, our office will be closed on Monday, May 27. We will reopen on Tuesday. We hope you take this time to enjoy, honor, and remember the sacrifices of those who paid the ultimate price.
Starting May 31, you may begin picking up student report cards, honor roll & perfect attendance certificates, and state testing family reports. You may also pick up any items left, return library books, or pay any fees at this time.
Beginning in June, our office hours will be Monday-Friday from 8am-2pm. However, the office will be closed on June 4.
