Some of the 2nd grade students are reading Junie B. Jones Dumb Bunny, by Barbara Park, with Mrs. Applegate during afternoon reading intervention groups this week. There has been lots of laughter as they have followed Junie's shenanigans. Today, they also enjoyed some Bunny Bait (Easter Trail Mix) while reading chapters 2 and 3. It was a fun snack that tied into the theme of the book nicely.
READING IS SO MUCH FUN!

Mrs. Chamblin’s class enjoyed learning about St. Patrick’s day last week!

We are beginning to prepare for the upcoming school year and are requesting feedback from parents regarding student classroom placement. All classroom placements occur through collaboration among a student's current teachers, school counselor and school administration. The team takes into account several different factors when determining class placement. We would like to receive input from parents as we begin class assignments for next year.
