Hey, hey, hey! The 100th day is on the way! Just a reminder that the 100th day of school is tomorrow!

Check out our learning! 2nd grade worked together to practice the skill of identifying main idea and supporting details of a text!

Congratulations on earning a PBIS certificate for being RESPONSIBLE! Keep up the great work!

There are 21 students in 3rd grade who are at 100% on Reflex. Reflex is a program that meets students where they are with computational fluency and customizes activities to assist them in reaching mastery of their multiplication and division facts. We want them to get there by the end of 3rd grade, however, these students completed this goal by the end of the second nine weeks! (One student is not pictured.)
They received a pizza luncheon for this amazing accomplishment! Their math teachers, Mrs. Beckham and Mrs. Applegate, as well as the administrators, are very proud of their diligence in reaching this goal.

The 100th day of school is coming Monday! We're 100 days smarter!

Kudos to these 3 for earning a PBIS certificate for being RESPECTFUL! Keep up the awesome work!

Congratulations to our newest Kindergarten Math Master!

Congratulations to our 4 students who represented PES at the District Spelling Bee tonight. Holly, Madeline, Lincoln, and Annabelle did a wonderful job!

Brittany Spratt from the Edge of Appalachia also gave a presentation on what the preserve is and what they accomplish there to preserve the habitat of this unique area in our county.
The Edge of Appalachia sits right here in Adams County and is a great resource for students and families with a love of nature! Check out their website at https://www.nature.org/en-us/get-involved/how-to-help/places-we-protect/edge-of-appalachia-preserve-system/
