Any adult wanting to volunteer has to be approved on the background check list located in Google Sheets. The steps to apply are:
1. Go to ovsd.us
2. Click on Menu
3. Click on Parent Resources
4. Click on Secure Volunteer Powered by BIB
5. Follow the prompts
The cost is approximately $20.
They are usually approved within a couple of days, but can take 2 weeks. So anyone wanting to volunteer, go on a field trip, or other such activities needs to allow plenty of time for this process.

Good evening. A few reminders as we head into the weekend. Tomorrow 3/17/23 there will be a 1 hr early dismissal. Grade cards will come out next Friday. Please remember to pull up as far as possible and remain inline during student drop off. This is to make drop off as safe and efficient as possible. Thank you and have a wonderful evening.

The Adams County Ohio Valley School District will hold its regular board meeting this evening, Monday, March 13, in the West Union HS Cafeteria, beginning at 6 pm. The meeting will be streamed on the District’s YouTube Channel https://www.youtube.com/@acovsd/live
