Busing Update for March 9th: Bus 32 students will be riding Bus 70 this afternoon (double routing); therefore, those two routes (students for Bus 32 and 70) may be a little later arriving today for dismissal/drop-off after school. Please be patient.

We have a great deal of fun going on at PES this week for Right to Read/Dr. Seuss Week!!!! We are also wrapping up our final chapters of The World According to Humphrey! Below are some important reminders: Monday, February 28: Read Chapter 13 of The World According to Humphrey Tuesday, March 1: Wear Crazy Socks (Fox in Socks Day) and read Chapter 14 of Humphrey Wednesday, March 2: Dress in a "wacky" way for Wacky Wednesday (such as crazy hair, mismatched clothes, etc.) Thursday, March 3: Put a Wocket in your pocket OR wear green (Green Eggs and Ham), Family Literacy Night (in the cafeteria from 4:30-5:30 p.m.), and read Chapter 15, the final chapter of The World According to Humphrey Don't forget to access our TWR website or the Facebook page for Chapters 13-15 questions and recorded chapter readings!!!

If your child(ren) rides/ride bus 71 (Jacob Young-driver) home AFTER school, please be aware that the route/drop-offs will be approximately 20-30 minutes late TODAY, Tuesday, February 22! Please wait at your child's designated drop-off location until the bus arrives.

Also, we have 15 of 2020-2021 yearbooks left and 3 of 2018-2019 yearbooks; if you are interested in these previous years' books, they are are $16.00. A check/money order payable to PES YEARBOOK or cash is accepted for these leftover books.

Happy National Resource Officer's Day to our School Resource Officer Mr. Mark Brewer!!!! We are so fortunate to have him working with our schools in the Peebles area!

Reminder: If your family has completed a Parent Punch card (all ten punches), please stop by our front office to have your card validated or send it to school with your child to turn in to his/her teacher. We have some really awesome Family Fun Baskets to reward parents who have reached ten punches for Semester 1. And, all cards will be placed in a drawing for an additional Family Prize Package! We will do our drawing on Friday, February 18 at noon, so please be sure to get your punch cards in before then!!!
