Reminder that today is early dismissal for teachers to enter grades. Town bus riders will dismiss at 1:50 p.m., pick-ups at 1:55 p.m. and regular bus riders will board buses at 2:25 p.m. All of these dismissal times are one hour earlier than the normal times.
In addition, we have our last kindergarten registration for students entering kindergarten for 2021-22, this afternoon. The registration will take place in the small gym between 2:30-5:30 p.m. Please bring proof of residency, the child’s birth certificate, parent ID, and vaccination records.

Pre-School Registration:
If you plan to register your child(ren) for pre-school for the 2021-22 school year, please stop by the front office at PES (9:00 a.m-3:00 p.m.) to pick up the registration packet. These will be available for pick-up throughout the month of March.
KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION:
If your child will be 5 years old on or before Sept. 30, 2021, you will need to get him/her registered for Kindergarten. PES will be hosting registration on the following dates/times:
Thursday, March 11th from 3:30-6:30 p.m.
Thursday, March 18th from 2:30-5:30 p.m.
You will need to come to Peebles Elementary's cafeteria during those times to register. Please bring with you the following documents (even if you have scanned them into the online registration document prior to these dates): 1) Proof of Residency, 2) Child's Birth Certificate, 3) Shot Record, and 4) Custody Papers (if applicable).
You will be required to complete our online document to be considered registered. With the severe weather forecasted for this week, it is likely that we will not be attending school face-to-face tomorrow with the possibility of additional days out for the remainder of the week. Tomorrow and any day that follows on which there is no school, we will proceed with our Remote Learning plan. Students were sent home with devices and work packets last week in the anticipation of this winter storm. Please ensure that your child(ren) is logging in daily to complete assignments or that he/she is completing the paper/pencil work sent home. If we are out of school for several days and your child(ren) is completing paper/pencil work, please be aware that he/she may have additional work provided upon return to school with a completion due date. Last week, we only sent work for a couple of school days. If your child is learning remotely, using a chromebook, please ensure that he/she completes work daily/regularly while not attending school face-to-face.
We know this is not the perfect learning situation, but we always strive to continue to provide the best access to learning/education possible for all of our students. Administration and teachers at PES, appreciate your help as parents! Together, we can continue to do the best we can for our young minds!

10:30--Town Bus riders will leave the building via buses and Pick-ups will be dismissed. If you pick-up your child daily or that is their early dismissal plan, please be at the school by 10:30 or as soon as possible.
11:00--Regular bus riders will be dismissed to their buses
