The 8th grade was able to travel to Kings Island on Friday 5/10/24 for their grade-level field trip.



The Spring Sports Awards Ceremony will be Monday, May 20th at 6:00pm in the cafeteria. This will be for all Junior High and High School spring sports.

The boys team finished 3rd overall last night at the SHAC track meet.
Placing for the boys was:
Christopher Oldfield 1st in Long Jump and High Jump
Nathaniel Cummings 1st in Shot Put
The 4x200 team were 1st consisting of Elijah Gammon, Christopher Oldfield, Jayce West, and Brandon Rayburn
4x100 was first as well consisting of Damian McCann, Christopher Oldfield, Jayce West, and Brandon Rayburn
Brandon Rayburn was 2nd in 100 and 200 Dash
4x800 was 6th consisting of Connor Gross, Chase Shoemaker, Grady Myers, and Alexavier Scott
Elijah Gammon placed 5th in 110H
Grady myers placed 5th in the 3200
4x400 consisting of Connor Gross, Leland Snyder, Damian McCann, and Aidan Arrasmith finished 5th with a PR
Cauner Boatman Finished 2nd in Shot

Last night our track team traveled to Manchester for the SHAC meet. It was a great night with a 3rd place finish for our girls team.

A great time was had by students on the PBIS incentive trip to GABP today.





If you have not ordered your 2024 yearbook, you may still do so by going to Balfour.com or bringing a check (made to PHS Yearbook) or cash to Mrs. Reed. Cost is $55.
Our staff has room for one more full page senior ad, if anyone missed the deadline and would still like to purchase one. Cost is $100.
The staff is in need of a few more photos of seventh grade girls basketball if any parents/community members have a few to give. Please send to casey.reed@ovsd.us.

Mrs. Kremin’s eighth grade students participated in a STEM challenge on Tuesday. Their mission was to design and test a drag device to slow down a rover so that it will land safely on Mars. (Post 2)
