Tomorrow is senior night for girls basketball. Senior recognition will be in between the jv and varsity games. The jv game will be a 2 quarter game starting at 6:00

Bus change for tomorrow February 4, 2025
1. Due to not having a sub available for #76 Carla Wesley we will have to double her route.
Tina Fristoe #46 will run her AM Route then go back out to pick up #76 Carla's route. This will make #76 students 45 minutes to 1 hour late.
Tina Fristoe #46 will run her PM Route then come back and pick up #76 Carla's route. Carla's #76 students will get home 45 minutes to 1 hour later.
Jacob Young will be covering the town route for #76 Carla both AM and PM.
A one call will be sent out to Carla's #76 parents.
2. Due to not having a sub available and no way to double for #57 this route will not be ran. A one call will be sent out to Ryan's #57 parents.
3. Pam #70 will transport the CTC students
4. The teachers kids at the high school in the AM will need to get on Tina's #46 bus and she will take them to the Elementary School.

PHS- A School of Choice meeting 5:00pm in the round room
3-7 District In-service- No School for students
3-21 End of the grading period. 1 hour early dismissal for students
4/17-4/21 No School- Spring Break
4-26 PROM (time TBD)
5-18 Graduation 2:00pm
5-21 Last day of school with a 1 hour early dismissal
*Per district decision, there will be no MORP dance this year

Girls Pee Wee night is tonight!
February 3rd- Pee Wee girls basketball recognition night for girls in grades 2nd-6th. This will take place at halftime of the varsity game
February 6th- Senior night for girls basketball
February 11th- Senior night for boys basketball and cheerleading
February 15th- Sinking Spring recognition night. Fans are encouraged to wear Sinking Spring colors/attire.

Tomorrow will be a virtual day. If you do not have your Chromebook, you can use any device as long as you can access your email. Also, the office will be open from 9:00-2:00 for anyone who is able to come in and pick up their Chromebook. If you cannot get your Chromebook, that is not a problem and you will be able to make up any work when we return to school without penalty.
The ski field trip for tomorrow is also canceled and will be rescheduled.

The high school girls basketball team will play February 13th at Whiteoak at 7:00


Congrats to the 7th grade and 8th grade boys teams for finishing tournament runner up.



Congratulations to our Cheerleaders for qualifying in traditional building D5 for State Championship on February 23rd!
They will be coming through town around 4:45 with a fire department escort


Congratulations to the brand new PHS archery team on bringing home some hardware at their first ever competition! 1st place overall middle school division, 2nd place middle school boys for Walker Newman and 3rd place high school boys for Gage Smart! Walker and Gage also both qualified for the State Championship tournament in March!











PHS cheerleaders will travel tomorrow for the State Regional Qualifying cheerleading competition. Come support them at Preble Shawnee High School.

Mrs. Kremin's eighth grade students participate in a STEM Earthquake Challenge to introduce plate movement and the behavior of seismic waves!!
Question: Can your engineering team design and build a three story structure that will survive a mild "earthquake" simulation?

Updated tournament brackets. The games will start at 9:00am and order of games will be 7th grade girls, 8th grade girls, 7th grade boys, 8th grade boys. 7th grade boys are scheduled to play at 11:30 and the 8th grade boys are scheduled to play at 12:45
