Homecoming voting information!
High school students can check their email to nominate homecoming selections. Voting will end at 1:00 pm on Friday, October 25th. Homecoming will be held on Saturday, December 14th.
The fun continues at PHS Rhyme without reason: Students take two random rhyming words and create a theme/costume to represent those words.

This Thursday following parent teacher conference Peebles High School will conduct the OHSAA meeting for winter sports. Parents are encouraged to attend to meet the coaches and sign up to work the gate for passes into games.

This is a reminder that the 7th grade trip that was postponed earlier in the year will be tomorrow, October 22nd. Students need to bring a packed lunch.
The cross country teams finished with a great race at Rio Grade in District action today.
The high school cross country teams will be running tomorrow at Rio Grande. 11:00 start.
The boys soccer team will be in action Monday, October 21st at Zane Trace High School. 6:00 start
The girls soccer team will be in action Tuesday, October 22nd in Waverly (Raidiger Field) 6:00 start.

The Peebles High School Veterans Day of Celebration will be Thursday, November 7, 2024.
We invite all local Veterans and their families to join us for a ‘Meal of Gratitude’ as we honor all those who have served from 11:30 to 12:30 in the PHS Library.
Following the meal, our 4th Annual Veterans Day Parade will begin at 1:00. With parade line up from 12:00 to 12:45. All Veterans are invited and encouraged to decorate their vehicles. (Posters can include: Picture, Branch of service, Years, etc.)

Congrats to the boys soccer team for their win tonight against Whiteoak 2-0! They move on to the district semifinals next week. They play the winner of the Fairfield/Minford game at Zane Trace HS
Peebles High School has partnered with the Joe Burrow Foundation and will be receiving free meals for our community. Roughly every other week we will receive a limited number of freshly cooked and frozen meals to distribute. Our first delivery is on Thursday, October 31st. ALL STUDENTS ARE ELIGIBLE. There are no income-based requirements to receive these meals so please take advantage of this awesome opportunity. Our BETA club members and advisor will also be assisting in distribution. Today Peebles FFA welcomed Ohio State FFA Vice President Carter Boyd, a member of the Hillsboro FFA Chapter. Carter is taught workshops to students about confidence, facing challenges and what it means to him to be a FFA member. It was a great day in the Ag room!
On a cold evening, the Lady Indians take down Ripley 3-2 to advance in tournament play. Great job girls!
Congratulations to the HOBY (Hugh 0’Brian Youth Leadership) winners - Sophomores Reese Davis and Ella Mason. They will represent Peebles High School at the leadership conference at Marietta College next summer.
