To error on the side of caution, temperatures hovering around freezing, and more accumulating snow we will be canceling Athletic Activities for Tuesday, February 11, 2025. Buildings will reschedule the games and any celebrations planned - look to the building websites and posts for updates.

OVSD is closed Tuesday, February 11th, 2025 due to the timing of the impending weather forecasted for our area.

We are now in a Snow Warning area. Please note that we will not be sending Chromebooks home in case of a potential snow day, as the fourth day of virtual learning does not count toward students' required learning hours. According to HB 33 we are not allowed to count time past the third calamity day as instructional time so we are not requiring the students to adhere to Virtual Learning those days. Thank you for your understanding.
Once we get a little closer to a more precise forecast for tomorrow we will let families know about school tomorrow.
Many have asked if we are at a point where we need to make up hours. We are monitoring our student hours closely in case we find ourselves in that position. Right now we have not hit that mark.

PHS School of Choice coming school year 25-26.
