OVCTC Faculty Spotlight - February 10, 2021
Mr. Brad White is the Agricultural Mechanics and Industrial Power program instructor for the Ohio Valley Career and Technical. He and his wife Shannon have two sons, Zander (17) and Casen (14), who own and operate a beef cattle operation in southern Adams county. He chose to work at the CTC because of “how well you get to know the students.” Entering the classroom for Mr. White couldn’t have worked out better for him and his family. Outside of school he enjoys camping, working with cattle, and here recently 4 wheeler racing with his family.
He loves the television show “MASH” and is willing to go out to eat anytime someone else is covering the bill. His late father plays a major role in his life. “He was a leader by example, he challenged me to do better by showing me. I was allowed to have ideas about situations, but many times his decision was carried out and was correct.”
According to Mr. White the sharing/support that goes on amongst the staff for students is the reason to come to the CTC!

Dylan Malcom is a junior in the Auto Tech Program here at the CTC. He is the son of Robert and Brie Malcom from Peebles, Ohio. Auto is his favorite class, especially working in the labs to gain experience in order to obtain a job.
His favorite television show is “The Office” and going out to eat at Fuji Steakhouse. When he isn’t at school he likes to go skateboarding.
Dylan suggests coming to the CTC because of the time you get to spend in the labs of your programs. It is something different from your usual classes.
