The OVCTC Ag Business & Ag Mechanics programs are sad to announce that we will be unable to host Kindergarten Ag Day this spring!
The Ag Business class would like to introduce everyone to our baby goat triplets! They are all boys and are doing well. Mr. Rhonemus would like to give a big shout out to all the students and families who are helping us keep the school farm moving forward in these trying times. Very thankful and supportive of all essential farmers who help feed us and the world.
Attention OVCTC Students & Parents:
1. For those students who can’t access their school closure assignments via Google Docs, Google Classroom or email with their Chromebook & home internet or their cellphone, printed packets of course materials have been created by your teachers / program instructors for the month of April. The OVCTC office will be open from:
APRIL 6th, 9 AM - 5 PM
APRIL 7th, 4 - 7 PM
APRIL 8th, 8 - 10 AM

The OVCTC Ag Business students have been actively engaged in several activities this week! Students have been constructing their wood projects in the junior class, and welding in the senior class. The senior class was fortunate to have Jason Sneed present to the class as well! Jason is an agronomist and the soils coach for Wilmington College, and he was introducing the class to special soil needs for farms that may go overlooked. We appreciate Jason taking time out of his day to help us, and the students for being so attentive and working hard these past couple weeks.
Reminder.. Kindergarten registration is Thursday March 12th for all district attendance areas. Parents get a jump start on your enrollment packet by visiting our Registration Gateway online portal. Click for more details https://tinyurl.com/t3enwbe
