Ag Business Seniors finished their electric circuit board projects and did a super job! Very few breakers tripped this year! The students had the privilege of hearing from CTC alumni and huge supporter, Mr. Brian Kitchen from Kitchen electric. Special thanks to West Union Electric and Plumbing and Mr. Mark Wickerham for donating our supplies for this project that keeps us going. Mark helped us get what we needed to start this project and we are fortunate to reuse most of the items for years to come! Ag Business juniors also helped with some quick work setting an electric pole that had broken off earlier this year. They prepared the site, anchored the pole, set the post, and have helped make big steps to now have our greenhouse supplied with electric again!

Ag Business seniors completed their concrete lab projects recently. Students learned about concrete ingredients, careers, different mixes, and many other things related to concrete construction. They built mini forms and designed stamps of their choice. Each student did a great job and have a personalized paver to take home. Pioneer Pride Alert!!! The AG Power Diagnostics Team of Sr. Colt Johnson and Jr. Joey Cluxton Won the State FFA AG Power Diagnostics contest today at the UNHO. The contest consisted of 5 machines with faults. The boys worked together to plan, solve, diagnose and repair the bugs. The boys will receive their 1st place banner on stage at the 2025 State FFA Convention in May. They will also receive 10,000 dollars Scholarship to the University Of Northern Ohio. We are proud of their attention to detail and their drive to get better by using skills and information provided by the industry professionals who volunteer to help our team. The team would like to thank all the support from all who helped us get there. Experience from Colt Johnson as a returning senior and Joey Cluxton adding his real world experience made for a pair that made our school and our FFA chapter proud.

Best of luck today to Sr. Colt Johnson and Jr. Joey Cluxton as they compete at UNOH for the state AG Power Diagnostics Contest.
