🎉📖 More Literacy Lottery winners announced! 📖🎉
Way to go to our students who are showing off their reading skills. We love celebrating strong reading habits—keep up the great work! ⭐👏

Cold weather can’t stop our students. They're heating up the building with great work and positive energy!

Little Indian Letter Chiefs 🎉

With all of the snow days we’ve had, life has been a little rough ❄️😅
We’ll be doing the Reds ticket drawing tomorrow!

It's a beaut, PES! A beaut!
We're so thankful for the donation of shoes from GRIT and donuts from BeeKay Sweets!

❄️ After our snow days, Christmas dress-up plans have changed! ❄️
We know getting back into routine can be tough, so let’s keep it easy and fun:
🛌 Tomorrow: PJ Day & Christmas Hat
💚 Thursday: Grinch Day
🎄 Friday: Ugly Sweater Day
Due to hazardous road conditions, the potential for refreezing overnight, and the uncertainty of a possible school delay, we have made the difficult decision to cancel our annual Christmas Bazaar. The safety of our vendors is our top priority, and unfortunately, the timing of this storm and current road conditions make safe travel and setup impossible. Any money already turned in for shopping will be returned with your child, or arrangements can be made to pick it up in the office.
Congratulations to these two! One is our newest Little Indian Letter Chief and the other is a member of the Sight Word Tribe 😎

Mrs. Elcook’s 5th & 6th graders have worked so hard to bring this special performance to life! Their growth has been truly phenomenal. A huge “well done” to our amazing students, supportive families, and of course, Mrs. Elcook for her dedication and heart in building our band program.

Mrs. Elcook and her students have been preparing for their Winter Concert! Join us this upcoming Tuesday at 6:30 to support our students!

⭐️Our Indians have been making a difference every day. Even in the smallest actions, they show care, responsibility, and a genuine commitment to doing what’s right. Proud of the quiet impact that speaks so loudly.⭐️

These kids are rocking their goals and earning a shot at the Literacy Lottery cart!📚

Ukulele fun in music!

Yesterday at our Building Leadership Team meeting, three of our students took the lead by presenting thoughtful proposals for building and district policy changes, inspired by their electives course on how laws come into effect.
They shared ideas on:
➡️building homework policy for student benefit
➡️creating a study hall elective (5th & 6th grade) that supports students without feeling punitive
➡️replacing styrofoam trays with reusable trays to improve environmental safety
Each student came prepared with clear arguments, research to support their claims, and strong responses during the Q&A. We love seeing students apply their learning in real-life settings, especially when it involves advocating for meaningful change.
Student voice matters, and you made yours heard. Well done! The BLT is excited to dive deeper into your proposals and continue the conversation.
