✨ Kindergarten Fun! ✨
Our kinders have been busy learning the letter M 🐭🍯. From tracing and making M’s with markers to molding them out of playdough, the learning came to life in so many hands-on ways!

We also practiced our red words ❤️ using playdough to build and spell them. A perfect mix of play and learning!

📚✋🖍️ Growing readers, writers, and makers—one letter at a time!

The Adams County Teacher of the Year award recognizes outstanding full-time certified classroom teachers who make a real difference. These exceptional educators set high expectations for both their students and themselves, inspiring everyone around them - students, colleagues, and the entire community. They maintain the highest level of professionalism while continuously growing in their craft, and most importantly, they demonstrate genuine care and respect for every student. Our 4th graders had a blast in PE with the Hula Hoop Rock, Paper, Scissors Challenge! 🎉 Students raced through the hula hoop path, meeting head-to-head for a quick game of rock, paper, scissors. The winner kept moving forward while the challenger returned to the start. Lots of energy, teamwork, and laughter filled the gym!

📚 Every Day Counts for Your Child’s Success! 📚

Attendance Matters – being in school every day makes a big difference. Missing just 2 days a month adds up—and by state definition, a student may be considered chronically absent.

✅ If your child must be absent, please remember to send in a parent note or doctor’s note so the absence can be excused.
✅ The Ohio Department of Education’s goal for the 25–26 school year is to reduce chronic absenteeism to 14.5% or less.

Let’s work together to build good habits now—because Strive for 5, Every Day Counts! 🌟
