It's an Orton Gillingham party! Three classes got together for our first practice session. Teachers and students practiced both the visual and auditory drills! It was only day one but it looks like second grade is a fan! It's going to be a "heart" year of quality phonics and decoding instruction!

Our Dragon Den serves our students in so many ways, it is completely funded by donations from businesses and individuals throughout our community. Some wish to remain anonymous through their donations but we could not do it without them. We would like to extend a special thanks to Empire, Construction, West Union, Methodist Church, General Electric, and Satterfield Chapel for their beginning of the year donations !
