1st grade has made it back to the top! We fell short of meeting our building-wide goal today. We hope everyone who is sick gets feeling better so we can see you back at school. WE MISS YOU! Let's get back up above 95%!

North Adams Elementary Earns GOLD PBIS Recognition! Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) is a proactive, research-based framework used in schools across Ohio to promote positive behavior, improve school climate, and support the academic and social-emotional success of all students. PBIS emphasizes clear expectations, consistent routines, relationship-building, and supportive interventions that help students learn, grow, and thrive. Today, we are proud to formally announce that North Adams Elementary has been awarded the GOLD-Level PBIS Recognition by the State of Ohio—the highest honor a school or district can earn. This distinction reflects our unwavering commitment to creating a safe, positive, and nurturing school environment where all students feel valued and supported. This achievement could not have been possible without: 👉Our dedicated staff, who provide strong, consistent, and caring support to our students every single day. 👉Our families and community, whose partnership and school-to-home connection help reinforce positive expectations and student success. 👉Our schoolwide commitment to routines, expectations, and practices that promote respect, responsibility, and readiness in all areas of the building. Today, we had the honor of welcoming 37 veterans to our annual Veterans Day program — and what an incredible morning it was! 💚💛

The program was filled with heartfelt songs performed by our students across grade levels and inspiring individual speeches that reflected deep gratitude and respect for those who have served our country. From the first note to the final salute, our Green Devils made us proud!

A huge thank-you to Sign My Yard for helping us showcase our pride by decorating the front of our campus with a beautiful display honoring our veterans. 🎖️

North Adams Elementary is honored to once again host our Annual Veterans Day Program, and we’d love to celebrate YOU!

If you’re a veteran and part of an NAE family—or a community member who has served—please join us as we honor your service and sacrifice. 💚💛

We’ll begin the morning with a complimentary breakfast for all veterans in attendance, followed by a heartfelt program from our students who are excited to show their appreciation in a special way.

Due to parent-teacher conferences, our 3rd-grade Math Club will not meet after school on Monday, November 3rd.

Another month down....this year continues to go so quickly. Here is our October edition of the Community Connection.

Due to not able to get the appropriate items from our suppliers, there will be a lunch change for tomorrow.

We would like to invite everyone to come enjoy our annual PTO Fall Carnival. This will take place on Friday, November 7th, from 5:30-9:00 PM. The games will open at 6:00, and the Basket Auction will begin at 7:30. There will be many games, inflatables, a Baked Goods Auction, local vendors, and food to enjoy throughout the night. We hope to see you there!
