Next week is National School Psychologist Week, and we wanted to be the first to recognize one of our own! Within the district there are several School Psychologists that play a pivotal part in the education of our students...but we feel we have the best of the best!
Mrs. Gulley plays a vital role in helping our students grow academically, socially, and emotionally. From assessing student needs and supporting individualized learning plans, to collaborating with teachers and families, she approaches every task with compassion and professionalism. Her calm presence, thoughtful insight, and genuine care for each child make her an irreplaceable part of our Green Devil family.

We would like to invite everyone to come enjoy our annual PTO Fall Carnival. This will take place on Friday, November 7th, from 5:30-9:00 PM. The games will open at 6:00, and the Basket Auction will begin at 7:30. There will be many games, inflatables, a Baked Goods Auction, local vendors, and food to enjoy throughout the night. We hope to see you there!

As we reflect on what makes our school so special, it always comes back to one thing — our incredible school-to-home partnership! The support, kindness, and generosity of our families and community members never cease to amaze us in the North Adams attendance area.
A huge thank you to Sue Mason for her gracious and heartfelt donation of homemade crochet toboggans. And by “a few,” we mean 114 beautifully crafted hats! 🧶❄️ These will surely keep our students warm and cozy as the temperatures begin to drop.

We have a special shout-out to Maya, a 5th grade student!
Today, during the lockdown drill, Maya was in the restroom. Once she heard our lockdown tone drop, Maya found an open room and proceeded to go in, lock and barricade the door! Maya's quick thinking is a textbook example of how it should be done! Maya received the "Safe" brag for doing the right thing!
This morning, North Adams Elementary participated in a lockdown drill. Students and staff did an excellent job during the drill!
